Hi! We love our stockists and are always happy to share our products with new shops! 

HOW TO ORDER:

You can order through our shop at 28, King George V rd, Lagos Nigeria, via email at hello@kuicare.com or contact +234 (0) 818 576 5726.

STOCK:

If there is anything in the shop that has a lower stock than what you had hoped to order, just email us for availability and we can adjust your invoice based on stock.

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All our whole sale prices are fixed and subject to changes in the economical market. Prices shall be given on request.

OPENING ORDERS:

A minimum order 5 cartons is required for opening orders.

RE-ORDERS:

No minimum order is required for re-orders. 

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to hello@kuicare.com within 48 hours.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Payments through Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque are all accepted forms of payment. 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Shipping will be an additional charge and is subject to quantity of products ordered and your location. Delivery will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

NATURE OF NATURAL RAW MATERIALS IN PRODUCTS:

Our products utilise natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact KUI at orders@kuicare.com within 2 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned and unopened merchandise will be replaced. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. returns are accepted only in cases of defective merchandise as noted above.

STOCKISTS*:

Listed stockists are currently tentative pending product launch.
